Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours of successful order confirmation and payment verification. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your delivery location, courier partner schedules, product availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and operational factors.
The delivery timelines displayed on our website are only estimates and are provided for informational purposes. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Your request will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and resolved in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
Mahavir Dry Fruits will make every reasonable effort to fulfill all confirmed orders accurately and within the estimated delivery period. However, we shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Return Eligibility
At Mahavir Dry Fruits, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return only if the product delivered is:
•	Damaged during transit;
•	Defective;
•	Expired; or
•	Different from the product you ordered.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify our Customer Support Team within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order by providing:

•	Photographs of the original packaging and shipping label; and
•	A brief description of the issue.
The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and the original invoice or proof of purchase intact.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, or damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or improper storage after delivery.
As most of our products are food items, dry fruits, nuts, snacks, sweets, and other consumable products, we do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:
•	Change of mind;
•	Personal taste or preference;
•	Ordering the wrong product; or
•	Improper storage after delivery.
Once your return request is received, our Quality Assurance Team will review the information provided and notify you whether your request has been approved or rejected. Approved returns will be processed in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, food safety, and quality reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
•	Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
•	Perishable food items, including dry fruits, nuts, snacks, sweets, spices, chocolates, and other edible products, unless they are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
•	Products returned without their original packaging, labels, seals, invoice, or proof of purchase.
•	Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, misuse, or negligence after delivery.
•	Products purchased during promotional offers, clearance sales, or special discounts, unless received in a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect condition.
•	Items purchased in bulk quantities, unless they are damaged, defective, expired, or an incorrect product has been delivered.
•	Gift cards, promotional vouchers, or discount coupons (where applicable).
•	Return requests submitted after the specified reporting period.
Our Return Policy is designed to make your shopping experience simple and hassle-free. We encourage customers to inspect all products at the time of delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory due to a quality issue, you may refuse delivery and return it to the delivery agent, wherever applicable. 5. Refund Process
Once your returned product has been received and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment used for placing the order.
Refunds are generally initiated within five (5) to seven (7) business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. The time required for the amount to reflect in your account depends upon your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification. Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details to facilitate the refund.
Where a product is found to be damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered, Mahavir Dry Fruits may, at its sole discretion, provide:
•	A replacement product;
•	A full or partial refund; or
•	Store credit.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part, including the delivery of a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
We take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
To enable us to investigate the issue promptly, please provide:

•	Photographs of the shipping label; and
•	A brief description of the issue.
Please retain the product and all original packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed and resolved. Our Customer Support Team may request additional information or require the product to be returned for inspection.
If the claim is found to be genuine, Mahavir Dry Fruits will, at its sole discretion, provide:
•	A replacement product;
•	A refund; or
•	Store credit,
at no additional cost to you.
Claims submitted after the specified reporting period or without sufficient supporting evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
7. Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, our Customer Support Team will provide detailed instructions for returning the product.
Where the return is due to a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered product, Mahavir Dry Fruits will bear the return shipping charges or arrange for pickup, wherever such pickup service is available.
If pickup service is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. Any eligible shipping charges incurred by the customer may be reimbursed after verification, subject to prior approval.
For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed by Mahavir Dry Fruits.
Customers are advised to pack the returned product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Mahavir Dry Fruits shall not be responsible for products damaged or lost due to inadequate packaging or the use of an unauthorized courier service.
Return shipments should only be made after receiving written confirmation and return instructions from our Customer Support Team. Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not be processed.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched for delivery.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to our courier partner for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible with your Order Number and registered contact details. We will make every reasonable effort to process your cancellation request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
If your cancellation request is approved, any prepaid amount received will be refunded to the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Mahavir Dry Fruits reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to reasons including, but not limited to:
•	Product unavailability;
•	Pricing or typographical errors;
•	Payment authorization failure;
•	Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;

•	Government regulations; or
•	Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We offer exchanges only for products that are received in a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect condition.

10. Limitation of Liability
Mahavir Dry Fruits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, or misuse of any product purchased through our website.
Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products purchased are suitable for their intended use and for following all storage, handling, and consumption instructions provided on the product packaging.
